Ruschkoi and Nancy Szackacs, Rolex with Chelsea Seburn (Teams: FEI Junior & Young Rider, 2007 USA Representative Young Rider World Cup), D'Artagnon with Guenter Seidel, Fresco with Tom Noone (US World Cup Representative), Sir Walter Raliegh with Guenter Seidel, Taboon, Just Fritz, Katharos, Der Navigator with Heidi Gaian, Madrid with Button Baker, Dancing Joe with Casey Priske, Rosato with Jo Moran, Normann with Nancy Szackacs, Diamo 10 with Crystalyn Hoffman (Young Rider Team Gold Medal).

Lessons and training are available from Pam and/or Heidi for both horses & riders at all levels.  Lessons are also available for haul-ins and clients are welcome to bring their horses and stay for a few days, a week, or longer (Guest quarters are usually available for clients staying with their horse).   Monthly training is also available for horse and/or rider, and boarding is available for horse/riders in a lesson program.  We also travel to shows with our group of more than 20 Championship and Medal winning students.

Villa Rosa is located in Hollister, California a short drive south of San Jose (one hour drive from San Jose International Airport).  The facility offers  a full size covered arena with mirrors, lights and superior footing,  a  full size outdoor arena , 16 x 16 stalls, and guest / client apartments.  Villa Rosa also hosts serveral clinics and special events throughout the year.

Take Hwy 85 South to Hwy 101 South
Proceed on Hwy 101 South past Morgan Hill
In Gilroy take 152 East/10th Street Exit
At end of ramp turn left over fwy onto 152 East
Proceed 1.9 miles to Frazier Lake Road, Turn Right
Proceed 5.6 miles to Shore Road, Turn Left
Proceed 2.6 miles to 4 way stop, at this stop Shore Road becomes Fairview Road
Proceed 1.5 miles on Fairview Road to Orchard Road, Turn Left
Proceed .5 miles, Villa Rosa is on the Left with hedge and black iron gates.
